Unless you know the story of a homeless person, it is better not to judge.
Point taken that there are homeless people who are simply lazy and/or are destroyed by drug/alcohol addiction, and there are many of them. But there are many whose lives are simply destroyed by incidents that were completely out of their control. There are also many who suffer serious mental health issues. It is a bless that one is born with strong will and good health. For a person who is born with average will power and average ability, once she or he suffer a serious incident, like a huge medical bill or simply bad luck, it is catastrophic. For a person who is born with genes that are much more vunerable to mental health issues, they are simply unfortunate. How could they work if they can't take care of themselves?
Intelligence, atheletic abilities, etc. are mostly decided when one is born. It is a similar case for will power.
