其实定金不多

只有$1000。我们的合同上有inspection contingency，但我们刚刚提交了inspection documentation 给builder,他们还没有说那部分会修，但噪音问题不在那上面。这个房子已经有了一次pending后退出了，据说builder is very nice, and he returned the earnest money to the first potential buyer. 但这次我们的realtor说他们有可能sue我们。我们已经告诉了our realtor, 我们要尽快看其他的房子，佣金不会少他的。不知他会否帮我们退出。
