20岁，50岁，80岁。

20岁的人不会想自己50岁会是什么样子，50岁的人看父母可以预见自己的80岁。

现在我挺想知道50-60岁这个年龄应该怎么过才有意义。有什么事是这个时期必做的，

有什么是尽量不要做的。想听听过来人的意见。
