有时候工作也能减压

最近去紫檀逛了逛，学了一些紫檀“黑话”的同时，也收获了一箩筐的焦虑和不安。

今早全神贯注的工作了两小时，干完活焦虑和不安减轻了许多。

珍惜生命，远离紫檀。
