腰花腰花

快过节了，做了20多年没吃过的泡椒腰花。剔除腰子里的白筋，自己做嘛就剔得很彻底很干净，吃起来也放心。方子是王刚师傅的方子，泡椒都是自己地里产自己泡的，炒出来比餐馆的还好：）
