i think they are no good.i bought house about one year ago. you can have a agent. but you do not sign file.best way you see www. realtylink.org. you visit open house. you read nespeper... if you like a house from web. you connect sell agent.when you want to buy this house. you dicide you chose your agent or sell agent as your agent.you do not pay any fee.my friends and i bought house before. half had buy agent. half no buy agent.i did not have buy agent. sell agent i chose as my agent. he is white person. he did good job.
