【我的第一次】第一次做翡翠白菜水饺

在人生中有很多第一次，因为生活不仅仅是简单的重复还有不断的尝试。

做饭能做出故事情节我个人认为比较难，因为做饭是一项专注的工作。

需要的更多的是严谨和耐心。

如果做饭做出了黯然销魂饭的故事，那大厨一定是周星驰了。

猪肉香菇馅儿，皮薄馅大，蘸点醋汁辣椒油。

没煮之前留个影，白如玉绿如翡翠，越看越喜欢。

这个有一点像拿破仑帽子

大自然的色彩太神奇了，菠菜汁的颜色也是多变的。

煮好后的菠菜汁颜色更稳定。

和两个面团，大小一样重。

绿色的面皮要包裹好白色的面条，不要留空隙。中间可以涂抹点水以便两者更好的沾粘。

多余的面皮可以用刀剪修一修。

面剂子要用刀切

步骤从左到右，擀出漂亮的面皮需要一点耐心

蒸了两个试一试，还是水煮的效果更有翡翠白菜的感觉。

两个颜色的面团重量一样，这样剩下的绿面团可以做菠菜面。

将剩余面团放冰箱里冷藏一天后更筋道。

凉拌菠菜面，好吃到不需要更多的配料。

个人配比心得：

200克低筋面粉 15CL菠菜汁

160克白色 配120克绿色面团

面挤子重10克左右
