I have said it earlier that criticizing Tsien because of his closeness with Chairman Mao and Premier Zhou and their mutual respect and admiration. The article was just a pretext. If Tsien was criticized by Mao, he would be heralded as a scientist with a conscience.
Also, Tisen believes in dialectical materialism.
