求助：小车祸，对方保险公司求诉小额法庭要求赔偿

黄灯时我开车在大道直行，迎面1辆车左拐，我车撞到对方车中间部位。交通法庭竟断定是我的不对。事情过去了好久，我以为完事啦。我早已将车险信息告知对方保险公司，不知为何对方保险公司求诉小额法庭要求我赔偿损失？我的保险公司已有聘律师，但为什么还要我出庭hearing ? 究竟怎么啦？1般我需要准备点什么材料去hearing ？
