无驾照出车祸

前天我哥开我的车在路上撞了前面的两辆车。我的车有单保险， 但我哥没拿到驾照。 他考了笔试， 但两次路试都没考过。当时是他一人开车。撞车后， 警察也到场做了笔录。因为我哥没美国驾照， 他就给警察看了他的中国驾照（他来美已7个多月了。正在办绿卡）。然后警察把我的保险公司的号码给了被撞的两辆车主就离开了。
我第二天打点话给我的保险代理人， 她说可能被撞的两辆车主已打电话给我的保险公司了，我只有等保险的人找我们了。
我真不知该怎么办。
我的保险公司会赔被撞的两辆车吗？
我哥无驾照出车祸会怎么处罚？
