Watts/Epstein

It is Watts/Epstein. It is California. After a few years sepeartion, we want to pursue divorce. One party lived, maintained and paid eveyrthing for the community house for these years. The mortage money is more than the rental if the house could be rented. But the order didn't talk about rental at all. Just talked about the house insurance should be taken care of. How to split?
