玻璃门被枪打后警察报告只"approved"可否作出庭证据

玻璃门被冷枪打破，房主不修，填了警察报告（online)。警察报告 reply only marked the report is approved by an officer. Not mention anything about investigation.
Is it good enough to service as a court evidence that outside force broken the door.
What are effective evidence for the court?

What I should do to make my case?
