警察不公正怎么办？

昨天，我在晚上下班的时候在高速公路上被警察抓住了。她说我超速了，应55迈，我开了80迈。每天那条路上的人都绝对不会开55迈。我昨天没太注意，只是跟着别人走，但是车不太多，也不少。我确实没注意我到底开了多少迈。警察叫我停车后要我拿驾照和车的Registration 。我当时又紧张又疑惑，所以就找不到Registration.（其实当时就在我手里的夹子里，我没发现。）警察嘟囔了一句，我没听清，她就走了。她回来时，我已找到我的Registration。 我举给她看她不看。她给了我罚单。回家一看，她罚了我两项；一个是超速，一个是没有Registration。我想这对我不公平。
请教，如果我要上法庭，我是不是最起码应该去掉第二项罚款？如果都输了，法官会不会更多地罚我钱。我从未遇到过这种事，请各位帮帮我。谢谢！（我在美东）
