请问老猫和其他高手，个人隐私资料被登在网上 (a publisher)

可以要求他们 remove 掉吗？如果他们不肯怎么办？在法律上有条文依据可以让他们 remove 掉吗？

这些资料包括 姓名，年龄，结婚日期，和配偶姓名，年龄等等
