求助老猫, 各位大侠答复，先谢了! Should the company withhold NJ UI/HC/WD from F

I’m F1 student and doing CPT at a company, (later on will be using OPT), the company does not withhold FICA from my salary, but they withheld NJ UI/HC/WD from my salary. Many of my friend said the company should not withhold NJ UI/HC/WD from my salary, since I, as F1 student, am not eligible to those benefits. But the company insist only if I can provide any document saying that, they will not be able to stop withhold NJ UI/HC/WD from my salary. Anybody know any information about this?
