如何对付这些国际讨债鬼？

How could we handle this issue?

1. My family owned a small business in Shanghai. One year ago, a advertisement marketing company solicit us to update information, and mislead my father to sign a form which is actually a order form after scrutinization later.

2. We cancelled the form right after we found out the real truth, but they said cancellation period has already passed.

3. Recently we get bothered by some international collector service company to ask for the money.
