员工的问题

我们牙科诊所有个前台，说她的手痛，是因为使用鼠标，说她肩膀痛，是椅子不对，我们已经买个两个椅子，其中一个是她自己挑的。鼠标也是买了医生推荐的。她现在就要去做理疗，我们保险公司付钱，最后还是我们付钱。最重要，现在看不到尽头，请问我们该怎么办？有没有好的律师？在马里兰。

我不能用这个理由让她走，那我能不能给她换个工作？从前台到后台？多谢了
