Internet extortion: Can shake legalshield contract protect you f

Encountered an Internet extortion. Have been talking and come to a signed copy of Shake Legalshield agreement for a certain payment. 

My question is: after payment made, can it come back to bite me? e.g. further extortion...or like keep asking for more....
