网上加入一个读书俱乐部, 要求2年内买4本书.
我买了一次书, 2本, 其效率巨慢还老出错. 后来就不再买他的书了.
2年后, 他给了一通知, 说我没fullfill the agreement. 还自动在我的account上加了2本书的bill. 要我把钱汇去先, 他再寄书目, 我选好书,他再寄书. 否则, 他就让national collection agency 来收钱.
想知道这个agreement有没有法律效应. 我要是不给他寄钱, national collection agency会把我怎样?
