CAR ACCIDENT

yesterday, I got  accident, a boy around 18 hit my car back. his right light totally broken, my car back bump had a little down. his mom came to help him, I was dizzy and hard to breath  so inside the 911 ambulance. The mom is police department employee, she knows how to talk to highway patrol police. I don't know what she told police, police didn't ask me what happened because I had no energy to talk to him. It seems became I was the accident maker, and they became victom. 
What should I do now?? Please help me this. Should I call police department to tell the accident story? otherwise, they may say I was wrong part.
Sorry I don't have chinese software to write chinese.
