This refers to your application for a Work Permit. No action is being taken to process your request for the following reason:
I advised you in a letter dated 24 June 2004 that you might apply for restoration of status. That was an error,as you are not eligible for restoration. you may ot be issued a work permit until six months afer the day you ceased your unauthorized work.SEE R200(3)(e).
Please accept my apologies for my error. I shoud not have told you that you might seek something for which you are not eligible......
