如何在美支付有前妻抚养的孩子在英国的学费避免交税？

孩子在英国，要的有点急。不知如何能证明亲属关系。不知英国有否如美国的学生贷款？他在英国大学毕业目前有正当工作。这次读研是半工半读。能否直接付给学校？哪种付款/汇款方式便宜快捷可靠？谢谢
