Since your address is changed, you might only have 5 mins to talk with an officer in New Jewsey and the only thing you'd get might be:"oops, you have to be interviewed in Chicago". Very similar thing happened to a friend of mine. He spent $1000 to travel to get those words and was re-interviewed.

AR11 form does NOT change addresses of ANY applications. AR11 is only for USCIS to find you if they need to question, arrest or deport you. To change addresses of applicaitons, you need to fax a special form to the office you filed your applications.
Unfortunately, that form is only available in the physical immigration office and you have to get it in person.
