下水道堵了，是我们修还是找房东？

老公说当初租的时候，房东说不包修理。我找到lease,想请大家帮着看一下。
Repairs
Subject to applicable law, Tenant shall keep and maintain the Leased Premises and all equipment and fixes thereon or used there with repaired, whole and of the same kind,quality and description and in such good repair, order and condition as the same are at the beginning of the Term of the Lease or may be put in thereafter,reasonable and ordinary wear and tear and damage by fir and other unavoidable casualty only expected.
