Indeed there are three owners in the complex: me, Fannie Mae and Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, which I kept calling for two days, and was kicked from one Dept. to another without real progress. Anyway, I’ll continuously contact both of parties and urge them to pay the condo fee and to buy a new master property insurance. If I have to represent HOA to deal with the HOA issue, I’ll definitely follow your instructions to act in capacity as HOA president by formal bylaws manner for my protection.
Actually I tried to consult an attorney by sending several emails to local condo law attorneys, but didn’t get any returning so far except one who has represented the bankrupt owner and can’t represent me or any other condo owners due to a definitive conflict. Just wondering if you can recommend any condo law attorney in Providence, RI area?
