What kind of problem do you have in mind, civil or criminal?

I do not suggest mixing personal and business accounts for your business. I would not do business, or at least dealing very carefully, with anyone who mix their personal and business accounts, which shows their lack of seriousness, judgment, experience and careful planning.

Other than that, it's a free country. I don't see any criminal issues.
