19年的房子，门前有点小漏水，今年2月换了全新的屋顶，10年labor， life time 材料保修。 换完屋顶后水楼进了closet 和车库，包修人来看说是烟囱盖子坏了，弄了一下， 但漏水继续。换了两家别的公司来看，结论如下：

"* Water damage in garage + in closet due to roof not properly sealed against chimney. Siding needs to be replaced due to roofers improperly installing/ and installed it by nailing through the siding putting holes in it which allowed water to come through / in turn creating water damage in garage and in closet".

siding that was damaged before I put roof on has nothing to do with roof install so stop blaming tge roofer siding is not part of the roof
