Just save your spouse (or ex) the cost of hire an constable to send a notice to you to let you know that your spouse already filed a suite to the court.
It does not affect any of your benifit.

But you need to verify the name, address on the notice is right. the next notice will not be that official. May be just through USPA mail. So make sure you will receive all future court document.

You may also hire an attorney to let him/her to handle.

Devoice is a very headage and truble some work. Be prepare. try negotiate with your EX in peace and that can save both you a lot money. As in most devoice case, you and your ex will loss and only the attorney will win.
