is it suspended or revoked? if just suspended, you shall go to court to purchase an abstarct and reschedule a court date. now besides the unpaid ticket you also have a misdemeanor failure to appear, which may haunt you if at all. you may have to pay bail in certain courts before reschedule. the next court date is in six months due to fta. if it is revoked, you need aps hearing. under no circumstances get your license reissued before the above. it is license fraud if you do and it will be a huge mess. again, this is based on ca. other states may vary.
