wow, you are not afraid of jail time?

If they report to the police, isn't that grand larceny charge? if you get convicted (which doesn't seem to hard, because you got caught using his credit card... how clear cut is that?) with a felony charge, whether you do any jail time or not, there is no way you can be an account any more, and your association will be notified any way. How could you not be afraid of it? are you aware of how serious this is?
