你这合同上哪有卖方可以通过lawsuit强制buyer执行合同这一条啊?

合同上不是说的挺清楚"all payments hereunder shall become the sole property
of the Seller,
。。。。and thereupon this contract shall be deemed at an end and shall
become null and void."么?
