老猫求救：车祸治疗

老猫，朋友（留学生）过马路不幸车被撞，车及朋友均有保险，目前仍在医院治疗。头颅手术后，医生强烈建议其回中国治疗盆骨手术，理由是美国没有其大小的现成模具，专门为其定做约几万。但朋友目前状态不好，长途飞行更危险。且回国并无保险和接受医院。请问 1. 医院可以因为费用将病人推回国？ 保险公司会因国籍不同对待？2. 如何才能找到帮助,需要律师？谢谢。
