最近腰痛，被迫休息

连跑步都折腾不了。但是善于折腾的我不能就此善罢甘休，所以经常半夜烤个糕点来作。

这是昨晚作的糕点——月桂苹果蛋糕。网上看到的方子，超级简单快捷。做是容易的，吃是美味的，但是吃的后果，咱就不提。

今天腰痛加剧，只能禁足。看完一个58年的电影， Gigi， 然后到后院喝茶，看松鼠撒欢，听鸟儿叽啾，就忘了自己还腰疼。

我可怜吧，自己烤的，只能吃那么一点。想起大学的时候，一天吃个四五餐，撑死都不胖，真是老泪纵横。

我们老了！想起老赵了。
