八卦一下，又到了公司一年一度的杰出员工提名活动

在大老板的指点下，我要给组里的一个老员工（至今为公司服务38年）写提名信。抽时间跟她聊了好多次，也跟人事部进行了N次沟通。信已经写了两三页了，但仿佛才开个头。C正是太伟大了，她本身就是我们分公司的一部活数据库，什么产品技术问题，不用登入BoM，只要问C就行了。这么多年，C参与了无数次新法规的实施、旧法规的改革、国际技术整合，对分公司建立目前完善的法规体系功不可没。每年C要答复上千个来自世界各地的法规问题，完成数十部产品技术文件，根据各国要求制作技术图纸。除了工作，C还积极参与各项社区活动。为UNITED　WAY捐款，无偿献血，组织Breast Cancer Walk等等等等。这次为C写提名信，是抱着一定要让她最后获奖的目的，所以拟了好多提纲，收集了整套资料。（如果C获奖，我的这份提名信也会在明年的古董大会上被宣读。嘿嘿，一点小私心。）

写信之余，发个小感慨。C才是整正意义上的成功者，不但从个人收入方面，更从她从事的职业及个人活动对社会的回报。个人的一点小感想，请JM们轻砸。
