另一个long term的房子短时间从back door 进了一点水（地都是瓷砖）tenant told me I need put some drainage pine around back door. He has already help me done that (dig and 100 ft pine and collectors, emitter), I paid him $150 labor and materials. So I still don't need use my insurance.
Sep is the hurricane month, my Airbnb always rent less. This year, from January to August, I rented 27days per month. Considering I have set minimum 3 days (most people rent 4 to 2 weeks). It's fully rented. But for September, I only rent 8 days. There is no guests since September 18 to Oct 6. So it's good for me no need to worry about this hurricane thing. I think I am luck with my FL houses.
