This board is the contrarian index of any investment. If some day this board goes after gold like real estate, I'd be very worried.
That is the principle reason I spend some time here.

P.s. if any investor does not study the history of an investment, does not truly understand the nature of an investment, the end won't be pretty. That includes gold, silver, stock and real estate.
The most basic principle of an investment above any other nature of investment itself, is:
Supply and demand, plain any simple
People always chase the most rarest things, being painting, ceramic, wood, jewry.

So what is rare? Lol
