Two questions about I-140/485

1. I-140, Part 4, Item 3: "If the person's native alphabet is other than Roman lettres, write the person's forign name and address in the native alphabet."

What does that mean?

2. I-485, Part 3.
1) Place of last entry into the United States (City/State).
My destination city wass Atlanta, Georgia, but via Chicago airport.
Should the answer be Chicago or Atlanta?
2)Were you inspected by a U.S. immigration officer? Yes or No?
3. My son and daughter were born in the U.S.. Should I include their names in I-485?
