I-140 RFE

I just got I-140 RFE.
I am asked to demonstrate that my documented achievements are more significant/noteworthy by comparison to others in the field and are above that normally attained by somebody at his or her current level. Prospective benefits may not be sconsidered.
Can I get some suggestions from the successful petitioner for I-140?
