CA immigration, what's wrong?

I used to check my CA processing status on line, but I failed to do it since this week. I can't log into it by using my File No. Anybody knows what happens to it. Appreciate it.

My time line is:
Apply: 9/2002
First letter: 11/2002
Since then,wait.
