I-864 RFE 问题请教8老师
最近给自己的母亲申请绿卡，算上自己的两个kids 和spouse, 填写的household 是5. 用的是个人的income. 结果收到的RFE：based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the pertitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affdidavit of support is qualified. If the petitioning sponsor's income does not meet, you must obtain a joint sponsor and complete I-864A.
我个人当前收入和2024退税收入大于125%， 交了2024 年的W2, IRS tax return transcripts.
1. 当时没交最近6月的pay stub(当前收入大于2024). 也忘记了2024 年的有一点利息的1099 表， 这个可以补上。
2. 当时没有填写2023， 2022 的收入，在16b,16c 栏留了空白。猜测是不是这个必须填写？所以才收到了RFE.
3. 我现在打算把2022， 2023 的收入都补上，并且附带W2, 1099和return transcripts， 这样对吗？
4. 我2022 年当时只工作了两个月，收入远远不够125% 的线， 所以我当时怕不行就没填。1) 是否需要添加配偶作为joint sponsor? 这样就需要再填一个I-864 A 表， 合报收入大于贫困线。2) 还是说我可以写一个cover letter 解释一下我当时生小孩所以只工作了两个月，希望他们看我的当前收入和2024 的退税上是可以超过贫困线的。请问，哪一种方法更好更清楚？
-It is very clear that USCIS considered your income did not meet the requirement. I suggest that you had better ask your spouse to file I-864A to use the entire family income for the support.
