我在2013年申请我弟弟的时候, 他老婆的资料也填在I-130上. 那时候他还没有小孩.

他现在已经离婚了. 我知道他的排期还没到. 想问一下可以现在更新他的婚姻和小孩的资料吗?

-No. When the priority date is current in the futrue, NVC will contact you. Then, you can ask NVC ( by call and email) to add the kid to the list and ask NVC to send the invorce to the kid to pay the fee.
