请问7老师，多年前的PD， 早就current了，持E3签证的话，可以直接申请485吗？必需回原雇主工作还是任何雇主都行？

-If your I-140 was sponsored by your former employer, you need to talk to the sponsor whether they have withdrawed the I-140. If yes, you cannot do anything. If not yet, then you need to ask the employer whether they will hire you back to work  and continue to support you green card application. If yes, then ask the employer to complete I-485 Supplement J form for your I-485 filing. Otherwise, you cannot file I-485 using the I-140.
