-I don't see any law saying that the green card validity will be affected if you don't have health insurance. Recently, a new rule is expected to take effect from November 3rd 2019, which address that prospective new immigrants to the US are required to show proof of having proper health insurance coverage in the US when they are applying for the immigrant visa or when they enter US. But I don't see this rule affects the green card holders who have been in US.
