I filed EB-1 case last year and got information from the INS website:
"On September 8, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
I didn't get the mail and called in the middle of Oct. and was told I would get mail a month afterwards.
Now more than a month has passed and I still haven't got the mail and there is no repersentative avaliable from the Customer Service phone line.
What should I do now ???
