给国内亲属办理移民，接受日期是08年7月，16年1月收到approval notice,一直没有消息。

（1）是不是国内地址更改过了被遗漏了？美国地址一直有更新，但国内地址到哪里更新？-Not need.  But if your address change, you need to update it with USCIS. 更恼人的问题是当年的申请资料找不到了，更新地址是否需要申请时用的地址？这10年间亲人搬了很多次家，都不记得当年的地址了。是不是很麻烦？

（2）期间亲人结婚，生子，离婚，目前未婚，当年是以单身申请的，这些身份变化是否在接到NVC指令后再更新？还是现在需要做什么？-Depends who you sponsored. Sometimes, you may need to inform USCIS to update the category if the beneficiary's marriage status changed. If you sponsored your brother or sister, then there is not difference whether they get married or not (i.e. you don't need to do anything).
