您好8老师，

我要为我父母办绿卡，目前状况是我已婚并且有2个孩子，报税是Joint return

但我自己作为唯一sponsor申请我父母，Part 5 Item 3 If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse. 要填1吗？-Not have to if your spouse has enough income to support himself/herself. Item 4 If you have dependent children, enter the number here. 要填2吗？-Yes.

父母的申请会同时递交，Part 5 Item 6 If you have sponsored any other persons on Form I-864 or ...... 是不是要填1？-Yes.

Part 6 Item 7 My current individual annual income is 是按照w2的来填，还是按照当前的工资？因为2019年工资涨得比较多，但不显示在2018 w2上,但公司开的employment verification letter上写的是2019年的工资，-Fine. 需要让公司再开一份以2018年工资为准的信吗？-Not need. Your W2 has indicated your income of 2018.

另外现在还没有到4月15号，2018年的税还没有提交，提交近3年的税表可以只交2017，2016和2015的吗？-You need to file the tax return of 2018 and provide a copy of it for the immigrant petitons.
