1. 这样看来，以防万一我没能在7月18号（grace period 的最后一天）拿到H1B，我现在是不是自己也申请OPT 会保险一些？

主要考虑我先生还在国内，他的签证(F2 )还有效，为了方便他五月来美和我团聚，目前是不是我还得申请OPT更保险？因为我的I-20五月二十号就过期了。

-It is fine to apply for OPT. If you do not apply for OPT, you still can stay in US during the H1 pending even if your I-20 expires. Up to you, anyway.

2. 我拿到H1B，是不是我先生同时就拿到了H4 身份，不用另申请？如果是，他是不是就得在国内重新签证？ 那我需要回国转签证吗? 我的签证有效期过了很久了.

-If your spouse enters US using F-2 visa, then he can apply for change of status to H4 within US together with you or during you H-1 is pending. If he is still in China after you get your H1, then he can apply for H4 visa to enter US.
