I140 已批， 还没收到纸质的 approve notice. 准备提交485。 今天已在在J1 （已豁免）离境宽限期， 担心纸质的在最后一天都不收不到。

可否现在就交485 （附上电子通知书） 。
-You can use your I-140 receipt to file I-485 if your priority date is current, i.e. provide the copy of your I-140 receipt notice with your I-485 filing. By the way, you had better file I-131 for AP and I-765 for EAD together with I-485 filing (no fee for AP and EAD application). AP is used for travel, and EAD is used for work.

还是需要暂时出境，在中国再递交485 ？
-No. I-485 has to be filed when you are physically in US.
