目前帮妈妈申请绿卡。

第一个问题就是130 和485 同时交的话， 是一个信封，还是不同信封。

如果130和485 不同时交的话， 485 可以任何时间都可以交吗？
-Right if you have the I-130 receipt or approval notice.
 
我主要是想问， 是不是可以130填好先交了，然后慢慢填485，等485填好再交，这里有没有什么时间限制
