I still have some questions:
I did not finish my degree yet.

my main concern is:

Can I go back to China to visit my parents and leave my son with my hu*****and here without changing my son's status (to be my hu*****and's dependent)? Is that risky for my renewal of my F1 visa in Beijing?

or Should I transfer my son's status (to be Dependent of my hu*****and in stead of me) and then I go back to China to visist parents.

I mean, you know, both of us are F1 students now, theoretically, my son can be my dependent or my hu*****and's dependent( in both case he is F2 either of me or of my hu*****and).

He came here as dependent of mine.
